How can I order a product?
You can do so by filling your shopping cart with the articles you would like to buy.
Choose the desired country for the delivery and the delivery method and click on ‘Complete’. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with your order. If the product you ordered is no longer in stock, we will notify you and mention the delivery date. If you want to, we will try to offer you a replacement article of the same quality.

How will the order be shipped and what are the shipping costs?
Bpost will handle the shipment and deliver at home.
If you are not at home, Bpost will come by a second time. If nobody is at home, you will receive a form in your mailbox with more information and you can go to your nearest post office to collect the package.
When completing your online order, you can also give a different delivery address, such as your work.

What about urgent deliveries?
Once we have received your payment, the goods will be shipped. If it really is very urgent, your order can be sent via express courier service (rate per km). If you want to know more about this, you can send an e-mail to [email protected].
How can I pay with an Aleashop gift card?
You can also use Aleashop giftcards (which can be bought in the store or online) to buy items* via the webshop.
The discount voucher mentions a verification code you can enter when placing your order. Your discount is automatically deducted from the amount you have to pay.
Here is some more information if you still have a valid discount voucher but you’re not able to order online:
When you go to the shopping cart, you will see the box ‘Gift cards or discount vouchers’ next to/under the articles in your shopping cart. You can enter the code of your gift card here and then click on 'Complete your order'.
You can find the number of the discount voucher under the bar code.
* Note: it is NOT possible to use discount vouchers, vouchers or gift cards to buy gift cards or to pay for classes.
My voucher is not working...
We have changed our software, so it is possible that we still might need to manually adapt the gift card to activate it online. Please send us a picture of your voucher number, the amount, the expiry date and we will then send you the correct code. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
My voucher is not accepted...
If you want to buy items via the webshop, you can only use gift cards for purchases EQUAL TO or HIGHER THAN the amount of the gift card, WITHOUT the transportation costs. For example: you have a € 20 gift card and you’re buying a € 19.50 halter with € 7 shipping costs = € 26.5 in total. The gift card will only work if your halter costs at least € 20, and then you will only pay the € 7 shipping costs.
However, in the store, it is possible to use one gift card for several purchases.
I want to combine several vouchers...
At the moment, it is not possible yet to automatically combine gift cards, but you can send us a e-mail with the gift card numbers and the amounts (and if this is mentioned, the expiry dates of the gift cards). We will then send you an e-mail with a new code for the combined gift cards.
I received the wrong delivery or I have ordered the wrong size, what do I have to do?
Please complete the contact form and mention your question, order number and telephone number.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered items, you have the right to return the items in their original state (UNUSED and with the price tag and packaging). You must notify us within 2 weeks after receiving your order.*
You can return the order at your own costs, or you can come to the store to exchange the order, within 2 weeks after notifying us.
The amount you have paid, minus the shipping costs, will then be deposited back into your account. For orders higher than € 90 (€ 125 for orders abroad), we will not charge shipping costs, but the shipping costs will be deducted in case you would like to return the order. See rates.
Discount vouchers are NOT accepted if you want to exchange an article and buy a more expensive article instead.
*Black Friday and other actions: no returns will be accepted.
I can’t find what I’m looking for…
No problem! Just send us an e-mail ([email protected]) in which you mention the desired article and your telephone number and we will look it up. You will receive an e-mail with more information, the delivery time and the price.
The website does not show every article and we can always order additional items, so don’t hesitate to ask!
What if an article is no longer in stock?
We will send you an e-mail with the delivery date. It is possible that you won’t have to wait long. You will receive an automatic notification when you article is in stock again.
Due to the ongoing consequences of the corona crisis, a lot of our suppliers only have a very limited stock at the moment and as a result of that, longer delivery times, but we will do our best to deliver orders as soon as possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
How do I know when I have paid?
You will receive an e-mail from Aleashop.be with the confirmation that we have received your payment. Now, you just have to wait for your order to be delivered at home. If you have selected “I will collect the items myself", you will receive an e-mail and you can then come to the store in Destelbergen to pick up your order.
If you’re collecting your order in the store, you can of course also pay at the register (cash payment, Bancontact or VISA/Mastercard are possible).
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, please follow the instructions on the website when you are completing your order.
Making a purchase or sending money via PayPal is free of charge. You can shop and pay without a hassle by allowing Paypal to save your details.
