Only ingredients that have a scientifically proven effect and achieved visible results in practice were used here.

FLEX provides dual support: it halts joint degradation and helps repair the damage. The repaired cartilage then produces better quality/more viscous synovial fluid, improving shock absorption and resulting in a more supple horse. FLEX can also be used preventatively for horses in sport to protect against damage to tendons and joints.

These are the main ingredients:
Acetylglucosamine supports the reduction of pain, swelling, and stiffness and is more effective than the commonly used glucosamine because the body must first convert glucosamine into acetylglucosamine before it becomes active. Acetylglucosamine is one of the eight essential amino sugars in the body; it is the building block for hyaluronic acid and a crucial element for the biosynthesis of glycoaminoglycans, which are necessary for the synthesis of bone, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissues.
Sodium hyaluronic acid functions in the joint as a shock absorber and lubricant. Hyaluronic acid also promotes the synthesis of proteoglycans, the key factor in cartilage elasticity. We chose a molecular size that is better absorbed by the body and has been shown to effectively migrate to the joint.
Two different collagen peptides are added. Seventy percent of cartilage consists of collagen. Research with these peptides has shown improvements in pain and lameness, mobility, vitality, and the production of new cartilage.

Bamboo extract contains the highest natural silicon content of all plant extracts. Silicon is known to play a role in bone mineralization, collagen synthesis, hyaluronic acid synthesis, and immune system stimulation.

MSM has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also an important organic sulfur compound. Various hormones, enzymes, proteins, and the structure and strength of cartilage, skin, and hair depend on the body's sulfur concentration. Sulfur is also one of the most important components of collagen, which is found in joints, tendons, and ligaments.

In people who took the supplement for 3 months compared to people who took a placebo (a similar product but without active ingredients) for those 3 months, the effect of the supplement on cartilage repair is very clear.

The dose is 50ml/day per 500kg horse. Preferably, half in the morning and half in the evening.
In case of long-term preventive administration and no visible complaints, the dose may be reduced to 25 ml/day.
In case of initial start-up, swollen joints and/or lameness, a doubling of the dose to 2 x 50 ml/day is indicated.
If cartilage repair is necessary, treatment should preferably be provided for at least 12 weeks.

An interesting side effect is the beneficial effects that FLEX has on skin and hair.
