How can I order a product?
By filling your shopping cart with the items you would like to buy.
Select your delivery country and delivery method. Then click "Checkout." You'll receive a confirmation email with your order. If the product you ordered is out of stock, you'll be notified and informed of the delivery date. If desired, we'll try to offer you a replacement item of the same quality.

How does shipping work and what are the shipping costs?
Shipping is done via Bpost to your home.
If you're not home, a second delivery will be made. If no one is home, you'll receive a form in your mailbox with further information, and you can collect the package at the nearest post office.
If desired, you can specify a different delivery address when processing your online order, e.g. your work address.

Belgium:
Transport costs up to 30kg = €7.90
Transport costs above 30kg = €19.90
FREE shipping on orders over €90 (except for horse feed, salt licks, and packages over 30kg. In that case, you will receive an order form with the correct shipping costs).*
The Netherlands:
Transport costs up to 30kg = €9.50
Transport costs above 30kg = €19.90
FREE shipping on orders over €125 (except for horse feed, salt licks, and packages over 30kg. In that case, you will receive an order form with the correct shipping costs).*
France, Germany, Luxembourg:
Transport costs up to 30kg = €15.50
Transport costs above 30kg = €59.90

What about very urgent deliveries?
As soon as we receive your payment, the goods will be shipped. If it's really urgent, your order can be shipped via express courier (rate per km). Please email verkoop@aleashop.be for this.
How can I pay with an Aleashop gift card?
You can also use Aleashop vouchers (after purchase in the store or online) to purchase items* via the webshop.
Your coupon contains a verification code that you can enter during checkout. This will automatically deduct your discount from the total amount due.
If you still have a valid voucher and are having trouble ordering online, here's some additional information:
When you go to your shopping cart, you'll find "Gift cards or discount code" next to or below the items in your cart. Enter your gift card code here and then click "Complete order."
The voucher number is located just below the barcode.
*Please note that it is NOT possible to use discount coupons, gift vouchers or gift certificates when purchasing gift certificates or lessons.
My voucher isn't working...
Due to software changes, we may need to manually edit the gift card to activate it online. Please email us a photo of your card number, amount, and expiration date, and we'll send you the correct code. Sorry for the inconvenience!
My voucher is not accepted...
Via the webshop, gift vouchers are only valid for purchases EQUAL or GREATER than the amount of the voucher itself and this EXCLUDING shipping costs, e.g. voucher for €20 and you buy a halter for €19.50 with €7 shipping costs = total €26.50 The voucher only works if your halter costs at least €20, so in that case you pay €7 shipping costs.
In the store it is possible to use gift vouchers in multiple instalments.
I want to combine multiple vouchers...
It's not currently possible to automatically combine gift cards, but you can send us an email with your card numbers and amounts (and the expiration dates, if any). We'll then email you a new code for the combined cards.
I received the wrong delivery or ordered the wrong size, what now?
Please fill out the contact form stating your question, order number and telephone number.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods, you have the right to return the order in its original condition (UNUSED and including price tag and packaging). This notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.*
You can return or exchange the order at your own expense within 14 days of notification.

The amount paid, minus shipping costs, will then be refunded to your account. For orders over €90 (€125 abroad), shipping costs are free, but they will be deducted if you wish to return the order. See rates.
When exchanging an item and purchasing a more expensive item, NO discount coupons will be accepted.
*Sales, end-of-series and other promotions: no returns will be accepted.
I can't find what I'm looking for, what now?
No problem, send us an email (info@aleashop.be) with the item you're looking for and your phone number, and we'll look it up. You'll receive an email with more information, the delivery time, and the price.
Not everything is on the site and we can always order more, so just give it a try!
What if an item is no longer in stock?
We'll send you an email with the delivery date. This can happen quickly. You'll be automatically notified when your item is back in stock.
Due to the ongoing effects of the coronavirus crisis, many of our suppliers currently have very limited inventory and therefore longer delivery times, but we are doing our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How do I know when I've paid?
You'll receive an email from Aleashop.be confirming receipt of your payment. Then all you have to do is wait for the delivery to your home. If you selected "pick up in person," you'll receive an email and can then pick up your order at the store in Destelbergen.
When collecting your order at the store, you can of course also pay at the checkout (cash, Bancontact or VISA/Mastercard payment options available).
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes, follow the instructions on the website when checking out your order.
Buying or sending money through PayPal is free. Shopping and paying is easy by saving your information with PayPal.
PayPal is accepted by millions of businesses worldwide. Our PayPal account (email address) is sales@aleashop.be.
