VITA E GOLD is a liquid, easy-to-administer, and highly absorbable form of natural vitamin E: RRR-alpha tocopherol (D-alpha tocopherol). Unlike most natural vitamin E supplements, it also contains all the other tocopherols in the vitamin E group. It also contains a generous dose of omega-3 fatty acids. Selenium is deliberately omitted to avoid harmful overdoses in the diet.
