The Western saddle pad or Western pad fits perfectly under the Crafty Ponies Western saddle. It's available in two colors (blue and pink). These colors coordinate well with the helmet cover and vest sets, and the cuddle blanket sets. The saddle pad absorbs shock and optimizes the fit of the Western saddle. The colorfully woven Western pad also effectively absorbs sweat while Crafty is hard at work.

The standard saddle pad instruction booklet is included and helps children learn more about saddle pads in general. The Western saddle booklet explains how to place it under the saddle.
